We are a fully remote organization, with HAPI humans distributed across the US, Mexico, and Canada. Outcome is everything to us. We give our employees flexibility in their work hours and prioritize quality of work

  • Most of our interviews are conducted over video. Some are done over the phone. Check your interview invitation for details.

  • The nature of each interview will depend on the role being discussed, however, we love thoughtful questions. They tell us you understand the technology, you’re invested in understanding the opportunity, and that you don’t mind challenging your interviewers with deep dialogue.

  • Nope! Come comfortable. You’ll likely be sitting in front of your computer, and so will your interviewer.

  • We like to keep things conversational and comfortable. None of us work off of a script. We want to truly learn about you and have a dialogue that helps us understand how well your past experience and future aspirations lines up with the role in question.
